Every so often (usually when someone on /meg/ posts hi-res screenshots of him) I like to draw Garrus from reference to keep from going too off-model. I omitted his tattoos to focus on the seams in his facial plates and the shape of his scars.
Also Samara, one of the few asari I like. My number-one favorite is Rana Thanoptis, who just can’t catch a break. If anyone in ME embodies “I just work here, man!” it’s her (and I was disappointed with her fate in ME3… I just wanted to catch up with her on all the crazy crap going on…!).
My reason for liking Samara is probably the most shallow of all the characters I like in ME, though: she’s just so pretty. Dem cheekbones… Her facial shape is actually the type I had in mind for my Shepard.
